油气开发钻井废弃物的处理及资源化利用研究 被引量:3

摘要 钻井废弃物的高效无害化处理与资源化利用已成为油气开采行业环境治理领域的难题和研究热点。对废弃钻井液和油基泥浆钻屑的无害化处理分别进行梳理,主要包括固化、回收利用、化学清洗法、萃取法、微生物降解法和热处理法等。分析了钻井废弃物资源化途径和技术现状,总结了在土木、交通、农业领域资源化利用的方式:作为建筑材料、复垦土壤和植物养钵、用作路基路面垫层、应用在岩土工程中。结合当前存在的主要问题针对性地提出了开发低成本、低能耗的钻井废弃物处理技术,提高产品质量;加强油气开发源头治理,制定相关法律法规的建议。 The efficient and harmless treatment and resource utilization of drilling waste have become a difficult problem and research hotspot in the field of environmental governance in oil and gas production industry.The technologies for harmless treatment of waste drilling fluid and oil-based drilling cuttings are sorted out,including solidification,recycling,chemical cleaning,extraction,microbial degradation and heat treatment.In the light of drilling waste,this paper analyzes its resource utilization ways and technology status,and summarizes the following four ways of resource utilization in the field of civil engineering,transportation and agriculture:as building materials,reclamation soil and plant bowl,subgrade and pavement cushion,and application in geotechnical engineering.Based on the existing problems,two suggestions are put forward:developing low-cost and low-energy drilling waste treatment technology to improve product quality.Strengthening the source control of oil and gas development and formulating relevant laws and regulations.
