摘要
为了解决番禺34-1气田超大位移水平井钻井过程中井眼难以清洁、井壁不稳定、摩阻及扭矩大等技术难点,开发出了适合于大位移水井的高动塑比油基钻井液体系,并进行了抗温、抗污染、抑制性及润滑性能评价。室内评价及现场应用结果表明该体系具有良好的抗温性、抗污染性、抑制性和润滑性,且动塑比高,利于携带岩屑,其黏度、扭矩、泵压等都控制较好。
To solve the technical problems of difficulties in borehole cleaning,borehole instability,large friction and high torque in extended reach well drilling of Panyu 34-1Gas Field,a set of high dynamic-plastic ratio oil-based drilling fluid systems were established for extended reach water wells,and the comprehensive performance of temperature resistance,pollution resistance,inhibitory and lubricity was evaluated.Laboratory studies and field application show that this drilling fluid has good temperature resistance,pollution resistance,inhibitory and lubricity,and its dynamic-plastic viscosity ratio is high,it is beneficial for carrying cuttings,and its viscosity,torque,pump pressure are well controlled.
