摘要
为提高固井界面胶结强度,从清除井壁和套管上的油基钻井液泥饼的角度出发,研发了油基钻井液泥饼解除剂JCJ和清洗剂QXJ,利用挂片实验和界面模拟实验考察了各种因素对其泥饼解除效果的影响。挂片实验结果表明,油基钻井液中w(JCJ)=1%,浸泡温度55℃、浸泡时间40min、清洗液中w(QXJ)=1%、清洗温度45℃、清洗时间20min的条件下,油基钻井液泥饼的解除效果最佳,泥饼解除率达到89%;界面模拟实验表明,首先在钻井液中加入w(JCJ)=1%,然后再利用w(QXJ)=1%清洗液清洗后,固井一、二界面的胶结强度分别提高到原强度的10.3倍和8倍,固井界面增强效果显著;JCJ不会对钻井液的主要性能产生明显的影响,具有发效时间短、温度适用范围广的特点。
In order to improve the cementing interface strength,the removing and cleaning agent(named JCJ and QXJ)were researched to be used for clearing the oil-base drilling fluid mud cake on the borehole wall and wellbore casing.The factors influencing the removing effect of mud cake were researched through metal plate immersion test and interface simulation experiments.The results of the metal plate immersion test showed that the removal rate of mud cake could reach to 88% when the JCJ dosage was 1%,the soaking temperature was 55℃,the soaking time was 40 min,the cleaning temperature was 45℃and the cleaning time was 20 min.The interface simulation experiments showed that the cementing strengths of the first and the second interface could be enhanced to 10.3and 8times respectively when using JCJ and QXJ which indicated the well cementing quality could be improved effectively.Besides,the main properties of drilling fluid did not changed greatly after adding JCJ which had the characteristics of short acting time and high temperature tolerance.
