摘要
分析了高职电力专业学生职业心理素质现状及存在问题,以注重挖掘个体优秀品质的积极心理学理念为指引,在产教融合背景下,提出从校企文化融合融通、校企双师共育共培、校企共筑竞赛平台、校企共建产业学院等方面加强职业心理素质培养,提高学生的就业能力和岗位胜任能力,为其从电力专业学生到电力行业人才的转变奠定心理基础。
Based on the analysis of the situation and problems of vocational psychological quality of students majoring in electric power in higher vocational colleges,guided by the positive psychology that focusing on exploring good individual qualities,under the background of industry-education integration,it is proposed to strengthen the cultivation of vocational psychological quality from the aspects of school-enterprise cultural integration,joint cultivation of school-enterprise teachers,joint construction of the competition platform by school and enterprise,and joint construction of the industrial college by school and enterprise,so as to improve students’ employability and post competency,laying a psychological foundation for students majoring in electric power who will become talents in power industry.
