摘要
员工生态化是组织生态化发展的重要途经,其不仅有利于员工自身的发展,也对组织的良性可持续发展有着重要影响。悖论式领导是一种具有“两者都”悖论思维的新型领导方式,可以从不同的视角看待问题,平衡组织与员工之间矛盾,同时满足组织与员工的需求。本文基于组织生态视角分析了悖论式领导的管理效应,并进一步对悖论式领导促进员工生态化的路径进行探究,提出激发员工动机与对组织文化的认同感、增强员工的知与情、提升员工的意与行等策略来促进员工生态化,以期为企业加强员工生态化提供借鉴。
Employee ecology is an important way for the development of organization ecology.It is not only conducive to the development of employees themselves, but also has an important impact on the benign and sustainable development of the organization.Paradoxical leadership is a new type of leadership with paradoxical thinking of "both".It can look at problems from different perspectives, balance the contradictions between organizations and employees, and meet the needs of organizations and employees at the same time.Based on the perspective of organizational ecology, this paper analyzes the management effect of paradoxical leadership, further explores the path of paradoxical leadership to promote employee ecology, and puts forward strategies to promote employee ecology, such as stimulating employee motivation and identity with organizational culture, enhancing employee knowledge and emotion, and improving employee intention and behavior, in order to provide reference for enterprises to strengthen employee ecology.
