摘要
社区作为我国家庭教育指导服务体系中的重要组成部分,是家校社协同育人的重要阵地。为全面考察我国社区家校社协同育人实践机制运行现状,课题组在东、中、西、东北部共选取8个省(自治区)的8806个社区(村)开展调研。结果表明:目前社区协同育人的保障机制存在落实不到位的现象;社区整合学校和其他社会资源协同的能力有限;家长参与状况并不理想;协同实践机制的建立正处于探索阶段。基于上述结果,建议要有效推动政策在基层的转化落地,重视社区协同育人工作计划、监督和评估等组织管理和评价机制的建设;要建立健全社区家庭教育支持网络,增强社区推动工作的信心和保障;要基于社区的属性和特点进行定位和设计,明确社区家庭教育工作由谁来做、做什么、怎么做。
As a key part of China’s family education guidance service system,the community occupies an important position in family-school-community collaborative education.To comprehensively investigate the status of the implementation of family-school-community collaborative education in communities in China,8,806 communities(including villages)in 8provinces(including autonomous regions)were selected in the east,middle,west and northeast regions of China.The results indicate that at present,no guarantee mechanism for collaborative education in communities has been sufficiently implemented,communities have only a limited ability to integrate schools and other social resources,parental involvement has been less than ideal,and the establishment of a collaborative implementation mechanism is still in the exploratory stage.Based on the above results,this study recommends effectively promoting the transformation of policies at the grassroots level and attaching importance to the construction of organizational management and evaluation mechanisms such as collaborative community education work plans,supervision,and evaluation.It is necessary to establish and improve the community family education support network and enhance the confidence and assurance of promotion work in the community.Positioning and design should be based on the attributes and characteristics of the community,and clarification should be given on what is to be done for family education in the community,how it will be done,and who will do it.
