摘要
随着当前碳中和、碳达峰的需要,在钢铁工业生产的过程中,通过增加废钢比例,降低铁耗,减少CO 2的排放量;在传统的工艺中,转炉的铁耗控制在950 kg/t,增加转炉的废钢比例首先要考虑转炉的热量平衡,减少转炉热量的带走量和增加外部热量的补给,通过这两种方式来改变传统的冶炼工艺,提升炼钢工序废钢的加入量。这就需要给转炉提供足够的热量,在生产过程可以通过对废钢进行预热、使用升温剂、采用双渣操作、优化氧抢设计、减少喷溅等方式,满足炼钢工序热量的需求,提升废钢加入量;同时在铁水包、精炼、钢包等不同工位增加废钢的配吃比例,尤其是在精炼工位,废钢的吸收率能达到98%以上,能最大限度的增加废钢使用量。通过热量的平衡来优化转炉冶炼工艺,提升废钢比例。
With the need of carbon neutrality and carbon peak,in the process of iron and steel industry production,by increasing the proportion of scrap steel,reduce iron consumption,reduce CO 2 emissions;In the traditional process,the iron consumption of the converter is controlled at 950 kg/t.To increase the proportion of scrap steel in the converter,the heat balance of the converter should be considered first,to reduce the amount of heat taken away from the converter and increase the supply of external heat.Through these two ways to change the traditional smelting process and improve the amount of scrap steel in the steelmaking process.It is necessary to provide enough heat for the converter.In the production process,the waste steel can be preheated,the use of heating agent,the use of double slag operation,the optimization of oxygen robbing design,reduce splashing and other ways,to meet the heat demand of the steelmaking process,improve the amount of scrap added;At the same time in different stations such as ladle,refining,ladle increase the proportion of scrap eating,especially in the refining station,scrap absorption rate can reach more than 98%,can maximize the use of scrap.Through the heat balance to optimize the converter smelting process,increase the proportion of scrap steel.
