提高冶炼低Si含Ti铁水转炉废钢比工艺优化

摘要 废钢比是转炉生产的重要经济技术指标,其值大小直接影响转炉冶炼钢铁料消耗及热平衡,提高入炉废钢比是实现节铁增钢、降本增效的重要技术手段。然因冶炼低硅含钛铁水成渣难、脱磷难等问题,对应入炉废钢比持低不高,直接影响转炉生产成本。为此,基于低硅含钛铁水冶炼特点及难点分析,结合水钢生产实践,通过出钢温度优化、基于静态平衡调整、炉内添加中包渣,铁水罐加盖、废钢斗装入方式优化等工艺优化和技术开发,使入炉废钢比由优化前的8.5%提高到19%,其中低温低硅铁水废钢比由7.48%提高到13.11%,为实现节铁增钢、降本增效奠定了一定基础。 The scrap ratio is an important economic and technical indicator for converter production,and its value directlyaffects the iron loss and heat balance of steel smelting in the converter.Increasing the scrap ratio into the furnace is animportant technical means to achieve iron saving and steel increase,cost reduction and efficiency increase.However,due tothe difficulty of slag formation and dephosphorization of Ti-containing and low-Si hot metal,the scrap ratio into the furnace isnot high,which directly affects the prodluction cost of the converter.For this reason,based on the analysis of the characteristicsand difficulties of low-si ti-containing molten iron smeling,combined with Shougang Shuicheng lron and Steel Group Co.Ltd production practice,through the optimization of the tapping temperature,the adjustment of static balance,the addition oftundish slag,ladel capping and the optimization of the loading method of the waste steel bucket et al process optimization andtechnological development,the ratio of scrap steel entering the furnace has been increased from 8.5%before optimization to19%.Among them,the scrap ratio of low temperature and low silicon hot metal increased from 7.48%to 13.1l%,which laid acertain foundation for achieve iron saving and steel increase,cost reduction and efficiency increase.
