摘要
热处置是废弃物常用的处置方法,但是关于含溴废弃物的燃烧特性相关文献非常有限。本研究以含溴废弃印刷线路板(PCBs)粉末样品进行空气氛围下实验,对比分析了热重、微分热重曲线。结果显示PCBs燃烧过程四个不同阶段特性差异显著;升温速率对各阶段反应动力学参数均有影响,但不显著;第一阶段反应级数接近于0,反应主要是原料中溴的单纯释放,基本不受反应物浓度影响;基于整个反应由四个独立连续的阶段组成,建立了燃烧动力学模型。研究将为提高含溴废弃物燃烧效率、控制污染物排放提供科学参考。
Incineration has been well recognized as the most promising/available technology for disposal/treatment/utilization of waste materials.However,published data on combustion characteristics of wastes containing materials are very limited.In this study,thermogravimetric experiments were conducted by using waste printed circuit boards(PCBs)powder as sample,and the analyses of the TG,DTG curves were conducted by stages.The results indicate various combustion characteristics for the four distinct reaction stages.Variation of heating rates have insignificant influence on kinetic parameters.The apparent reaction order of the first stage is close to zero,which indicates the reaction of this stage is simple component release with scarce influence of its concentration.A comprehensive kinetic model composed of four independent and consecutive reactions is brought out to simulate the burning process,which basically fits the experimental data.
