污泥-煤泥单独及耦合燃烧动力学及汞排放特性研究

摘要 以单组份污泥、煤泥以及耦合燃料作为研究对象,针对复杂多变的混烧过程,结合燃烧产物的微观特性并利用基于分布活化能模型的反应动力学,在揭示燃烧特性及演变过程的基础上,明确燃烧条件对汞污染物排放过程的影响,进而获得多参数耦合条件下的汞排放特性,旨在实现污泥与煤泥清洁高效的资源化利用。研究发现:污泥与煤泥中所含无机汞化合物以α型六方晶系结构的α-HgS、HgSO_(4)和HgO为主。污泥的活化能随转化率增长呈先增后减趋势,煤泥的活化能则以“U”型趋势分布。O_(2)对样品的燃烧及汞排放过程的影响作用存在临界浓度,主导含碳物质及挥发分的热解与非均相燃烧进程的进行。耦合燃料混烧过程中的汞排放过程因交互作用,分别于400~500℃和500~600℃获得抑制和促进。 Focusing on the single-component and coupled fuel,and considering the complex and changeable co-combustion process,the micro-characteristics of combustion products and the reaction kinetics based on the distributed activation energy model were analyzed to reveal the influence of combustion conditions on the emission process of mercury pollution.The combustion characteristics and evolution process were also clarified,and the mercury emission characteristics under the condition of coupling multi-parameters were obtained,aiming at realizing the clean and efficient resource utilization of sewage sludge and coal slime.The results show that the inorganic mercury compounds contained in sewage sludge and coal slime areα-HgS,HgSO_(4) and HgO withα-type hexagonal structure.The activation energy of sewage sludge increases first and then decreases with the increasing conversion rate;while the activation energy of coal slime is distributed in a"U"shape.The influence of O_(2) on the combustion and mercury emission process has a critical concentration,which dominates the pyrolysis and heterogeneous combustion of carbonaceous substances and volatiles.The mercury emission process in the coupled fuel co-combustion process is inhibited and promoted at 400~500℃and 500~600℃respectively due to the interaction.
