摘要
针对滚筒直径及过渡段的抬高,对输送带的应力影响进行仿真分析。结果表明,输送带的应力随着滚筒直径的增加而减小,滚筒抬高可以改善输送带的应力状态,提高输送带使用的安全性。
Simulation analysis of the stress influence on the conveyor belt is carried out for the diameter of the drum and the elevation of the transition section.The results show that the stress of the conveyor belt decreases with the increase of the drum diameter,and the drum elevation can improve the stress state of the conveyor belt,which can improve the safety of the use of the conveyor belt.
