钒氮微合金化高强钢板生产工艺实践

摘要 基于短流程低成本的思路,采用添加钒氮的微合金化成分设计,并制定了冶炼、连铸、轧制等关键工艺措施,成功开发出Q550D高强钢板且实现批量化生产。产品成分、性能等均满足标准要求,吨钢成本可降低100元/t左右,具有良好的经济效益。 Based on the idea of short process and low cost,the microalloyed composition with vanadium and nitrogen was designed,and the key process measures such as smelting,continuous casting and rolling were formulated,and the Q550D high strength steel plate was successfully developed and mass production was realized.The composition and performance of the products all meet the requirements of the standard,and the cost per ton of steel can be reduced by about 100 RMB per ton,which has good economic benefits.
