摘要
综述了国内外耐大气腐蚀钢 (即耐候钢 )的发展概况及合金元素对其耐大气腐蚀性能的影响和作用机理 ,介绍了目前较先进的Ca -Ni、Ca -Si改性的合金化作用原理和各种耐候钢表面稳定化处理技术和解决措施 ;并展望了我国耐候钢的发展趋势 .
The research progress of weathering steels and the effect of alloying elements on their atmospheric corrosion resistance were summarized in the present paper.The mechanisms of the effect of Ca-Ni、Ca-Si alloying additions on corrosion resistance of weathering steels were also introduced as well.It was believed that the excellent corrosion resistance of weathering steels was mainly dependent upon the formation of a dense and stable surface rust scale.However,it generally takes a long time (sometimes in excess of 10 years) to develop the protective rust scale in natural environment.The liquid rust will flow and distribute everywhere in the initial period of exposure and pollute the surroundings.Moreover,stable protective scales are very difficult to form in marine environments containing Cl - ions.Aimed at this problem,several new rust scale stabilizing surface treatment techniques were introduced.And also the prospect tendency of weathering steel development was concluded.
