摘要
针对典型钢球锁锥孔难以成形、精度难以保持问题,通过分析通用锥孔加工技术的不足,采取钢球锁锥孔底部(小端)精度保持、钢球锁锥孔精度控制等工艺措施,实现了钢球锁锥孔稳定、高效成形,对钢球锁锥孔加工起到了指导及借鉴作用。
Aiming at forming with high precision of tapered hole in steel ball lock,it can be achieved by ways of analyzing the deficiency of normal machining technology,keeping the precision of bottom of tapered hole in steel ball lock,controlling precision of tapered hole in steel ball lock and so on.It plays a guiding role to stabilize and machine the tapered hole in steel ball lock.
