摘要
文章充分挖掘健身气功课程思政教育元素,发挥以体育人、以文载道的价值功效,推动体育课程思政建设,落实学校体育“立德树人”的根本教育任务。文章运用文献资料法、访问调查法、教育观察法、实践探索法等研究方法,对健身气功课程思政建设的价值定位进行审视,对所面临的困境进行分析,提出:明确目标定位,回归课程本体;整合技法结构,促进切身感知;挖掘载体文化,优化育人内容;以学生为中心,建构多元评价;提升教师素养,强化育人保障等具体行动路径,为高校健身气功课程思政建设的实践操作提供裨益。
Fully excavate the elements of ideological and political education in Health Qigong courses,give full play to the value effect of sports people and texts,promote the ideological and political construction of sports courses,and implement the fundamental educational task of"cultivating people with morality"in school sports.Using research methods such as literature materials,interview surveys,educational observations,and practical explorations,this paper examines the value orientation of the ideological and political construction of Health Qigong courses,analyzes the difficulties faced,and proposes:clarify the target orientation,return to the curriculum ontology;integrate the technique structure,to promote personal perception;to mine the carrier culture,to optimize the content of education;to build multiple evaluations with students as the center.
