摘要
目的:探讨千金胶囊与阿奇霉素联合治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的疗效,以及对患者血液炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月我院收治的60例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗,观察组予以千金胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组症状消失时间、炎症因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组白带增多、外阴瘙痒、腰骶不适症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、IL-6、PCT、ESR水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合千金胶囊治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果确切,可降低炎性因子水平,加快症状消失时间,安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Qianjin capsule combined with azithromycin in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis and its effect on blood inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Qianjin capsule combined with azithromycin.The disappearance time of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of leucorrhea,vulva pruritus and lumbosacral discomfort in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,PCT and ESR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00% in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with Qianjin capsule is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,and is safe and reliable..
