摘要
目的:观察人工流产术后服用妇科千金胶囊和复方口服避孕药的临床疗效。方法:将200例人工流产术后患者根据知情同意原则,分为观察组100例和对照组100例。观察组术后及时予以妇科千金胶囊和复方口服避孕药;对照组术后及时予以复方口服避孕药。结果:观察组术后阴道流血时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01),阴道流血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),且恢复月经的时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后及时服用妇科千金胶囊和复方口服避孕药既可减少人工流产术后并发症,又能有效的避孕,有助于改善妇女的生殖健康。
Objective： To investigate the effects of FuKe QianJin capsule combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradio tables in the rehabilitation after induced abortion.Method： 200 patients after induced abortion got informed consents were divided into observation group and control group on average.Observation group were administered with FuKe QianJin capsule and desogestrel and ethinylestradio tables while control group given with desogestrel and ethinylestradio tables only.Result： The bleeding time of observation group was noticeably less than that of control group（P〈0.01）,total blood loss less than that of control group（P〈0.05） and menstruation return time shorter than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of FuKe QianJin capsule in time after induced abortion can reduce the post-operation complications,avoid the conceptions effectively,and promote reproductive health of women,
