摘要
将区块链技术应用到第三方物流企业参与的农业供应链金融中,对于改善农业经营主体融资环境和建设数字化供应链金融有重要意义。本文运用演化博弈方法探究农业供应链金融体系中第三方物流和商业银行的博弈行为,并结合实际案例进行论证。研究表明:(1)区块链激励与区块链惩罚均对(守信,上链)策略的形成有正向促进作用;(2)区块链上链成本对(守信,上链)策略的形成有负向抑制作用;(3)区块链产生的边际效益,存在一个最优分配比例使博弈双方选择(守信,上链)策略的可能性达到最大。最后提出针对性政策建议来保障农业供应链金融的稳健发展。
The application of blockchain technology to agricultural supply chain finance involving third-party logistics is of great significance for improving the financing environment of agricultural business entities and building digital supply chain finance.This paper uses the evolutionary game method to explore the game behavior of the third-party logistics and commercial banks in the agricultural supply chain financial system,and demonstrates it based on actual cases.The research shows that:(1)blockchain incentives and blockchain penalties have a positive effect on the formation of the(trustworthy,on-chain)strategy;(2)the cost of blockchain on-chain on the(trustworthy,on-chain)strategy The formation has a negative inhibitory effect;(3)There is an optimal distribution ratio for the marginal benefit generated by the blockchain,which maximizes the possibility of both parties in the game choosing(trustworthy,on-chain)strategies.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions to ensure the steady development of agricultural supply chain finance.
