摘要
为了对不同类型供应链中供应商进行评估和排名,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络分析(DEA)的供应商评价模型。模型将AHP与DEA相结合,对6家不同供应链类型的供应商进行评价与排序。研究结果表明,在不同类型的供应链中,用于评价和排序供应商的一些关键性能指标具有不同的重要性,提出的模型考虑了不同类型供应链关键性能指标的优先级。实际案例分析可为公司管理层提供了应用多准则决策模型的参考方案,可作为对不同类型农业供应链中供应商的评估和排名的支持。
In order to evaluate and rank suppliers in different types of supply chains, a supplier evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and data envelopment analysis(DEA) is proposed. The model combines AHP with DEA to evaluate and rank six suppliers. The model considers the priority of key performance indicators of different types of supply chain. The results show that some key performance indicators used to evaluate and rank suppliers have different relative importance. Through the actual case analysis, it provides support for decision-making management, seeks the optimal solution for the specific supply chain, and provides the reference scheme for the company management to apply the multi criteria decision-making model. It can be used as the support for the evaluation and ranking of suppliers in different types of agricultural supply chain.
