MRI对中枢神经系统脱髓鞘假瘤患者的诊断效果及对病灶、病态变化的检出情况 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨磁共振成像(MRI)对中枢神经系统脱髓鞘假瘤(DPT)患者的诊断效果及对病灶与病态变化的检出情况。方法 选取2019年4月至2021年3月在本院接受诊治的58例DPT患者,均予以MRI检查诊断。以病理学诊断结果为参考,分析MRI对DPT病灶的检出情况、病灶大小、形态、边界、病周水肿的检查情况及诊断情况。结果 MRI对枕叶中的病灶检出情况与病理学的符合率是96.15%(25/26),对基底节、左侧额顶叶、双侧额顶叶中的病灶检出情况与病理学的符合率均为100.00%;MRI对DPT的诊断准确率为98.28%(57/58)。MRI对单发病变直径检测值、条带状病变长度检测值与病理学诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI对病灶形态、边界、病周水肿检查结果与病理学诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MRI检查显示,58例患者均有典型影像学表现,其中增强扫描可见51.72%(30/58)患者存在强化表现。结论 MRI可有效检出DPT患者的病灶,并对病灶位置、大小、形态、边界情况等做到准确判断,从而为DPT的临床诊治提供可靠依据。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in patients with demyelinating pseudo-tumor(DPT) of central nervous system and the detection of lesions and pathological changes.Methods A total of 58 patients with DPT treated in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected for MRI examination and diagnosis. Based on the pathological diagnosis results, the detection of DPT lesions, lesion size,morphology, boundary, perilesional edema and diagnosis by MRI were analyzed. Results The coincidence rate of detecting lesions in occipital lobe between MRI and pathology was 96.15%(25/26), and the coincidence rate of detecting lesions in basal ganglia, left frontal parietal lobe and bilateral frontal parietal lobe between MRI and pathology was 100.00%;the diagnostic accuracy of MRI for DPT was 98.28%(57/58). There were no significant differences between the results of MRI and pathological diagnosis in the detection of single lesion diameter and strip lesion length(P >0.05);there were no significant differences between the results of MRI and pathological diagnosis in lesion morphology, boundary and perilesional edema(P >0.05). MRI examination showed that 58 patients had typical imaging findings, and enhanced scan showed that 51.72%(30/58) of the patients had enhanced manifestations. Conclusion MRI can effectively detect the lesions of DPT patients, and accurately judge the location, size, shape and boundary of the lesions, providing a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of DPT.
