摘要
多发硬化(MS)是中枢神经系统最常见的慢性炎性脱髓鞘病变之一。在常规序列MRI中看似正常的脑白质中,同样存在细微的病理代谢变化。多种MR序列及后处理技术的应用,为从神经影像学角度阐释MS病理生理改变提供依据。本文对MRI评估MS患者看似正常脑白质区域中的应用进展进行综述。
Multiple sclerosis(MS)is one of the most common chronic inflammatory demyelinating diseases in the central nervous system.There is also a subtle pathological metabolic change in white matter that appears to be normal in routine sequence MRI.The application of multiple MR sequences and post-processing techniques provide a basis for explaining the pathophysiological changes of MS from the neuroimaging perspective.The progresses of MRI in assessment of normal appearing white matter region in MS patients were reviewed in this article.
