摘要
为顺应我国经济发展及国际贸易的需求,防范以美元为主的国际货币体系产生的潜在风险,我国于2009年正式开始人民币国际化进程。经过十几年的发展,人民币国际化程度已大大提升,但同时面临着美元霸权、自身金融开放水平受限等因素带来的阻碍与限制。研究发现,以区块链技术为基础的数字货币可以为人民币国际化发展探索新路径,助力丰富人民币跨境交易场景、弱化美元惯性、维护自身经济安全。本文旨在分析人民币国际化发展现状,探讨数字货币为人民币国际化发展带来的新发展与面临的挑战,并给予相应的建议,以供参考。
In order to meet the needs of China’s economic development and international trade,and prevent the potential risks brought by the US dollar based international monetary system,China officially launched the process of RMB internationalization in 2009.After more than ten years of development,the internationalization of RMB has been greatly improved,but it is also facing obstacles and restrictions caused by the hegemony of the US dollar,the limitation of its own financial openness and other factors.Therefore,China should actively use digital currency based on blockchain technology to explore a new path for the internationalization of RMB,enrich the cross-border transaction scenarios of RMB,weaken the inertia of the US dollar,and maintain its own economic security.This paper aims to analyze the current situation of the internationalization of RMB,discuss the new development and challenges that digital currency brings to the internationalization of RMB,and give corresponding suggestions.
