教师教科书使用取向及其影响因素个案研究

A Case Study of Teachers’Textbook Use Orientation and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 基于教师教科书使用取向二维模型,对18位教师进行个案分析,结果发现:持忠实取向的教师有10位,持调适取向的教师有8位,并没有发现持创生取向的教师。对于教科书内容的使用,在客观内容上,忠实取向教师倾向于直接使用,而调适取向教师对其依赖程度相对较小;在主观内容上,忠实取向教师往往是直接使用和微调使用,调适取向教师更多的是微调使用和大范围改编使用。在影响因素上,调适取向教师受内容理解、教学知识、自身因素、学习基础和学习反馈的影响较大,忠实取向教师受内容理解、教学知识、学习基础的影响同样较大,受教科书科学性和适切性的影响也较大。 Based on the two-dimensional model of the textbook use orientation of teachers,a case study of 18 teachers was conducted,and the findings shows that there were 10 teachers with a faithful orientation and 8 teachers with an adaptive orienta⁃tion yet no teachers with a creative orientation.For the use of textbook content,in terms of objective content,the teachers with faithful orientation tend to use it directly,while those with adaptive orientation rely on it to a relatively small extent;in terms of subjective content,the teachers with faithful orientation often used it directly or fine-tuned it for use,and those with adaptive ori⁃entation tend to fine-tune the content or do much content adaptation for use.In terms of influencing factors,teachers with adap⁃tive orientation are greatly influenced by content understanding,teaching knowledge,their own factors,learning basis and learn⁃ing feedback while teachers with faithful orientation are also greatly influenced by content understanding,teaching knowledge and learning basis,but they are also greatly influenced by the scientificity and relevance of textbooks.
