摘要
本文对副溶血性弧菌的生物学性状、致病性特点、污染食品规律、食物中毒事件、检测标准等进行综述,重点介绍了溶血毒素和检测方法,提出预防副溶血性弧菌食物中毒5要点和关键措施,以期更好地预防副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的发生。
This article systematically reviews related aspects in Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP),including biological characteristics,pathogenic characteristics,contaminated food conditions,food Posisoning incidents detection standard,etc.,focusing on hemolytic toxins and detection methods.Five key points for preventing VP-related food poisoning and treatment measures are proposed aiming to to better prevent the occurrence.
