摘要
为探讨引种荞麦品种在兴安盟地区的适应性,2019—2021年在乌兰浩特市义勒力特镇对25份引种荞麦品种的农艺性状与产量性状进行分析,并运用主成分分析方法对其生物学性状进行评价。从农艺性状来看,信农1号和蒙0530的株高显著高于其他品种,信农1号和蒙0208的叶片长和叶片宽显著高于其他品种,赤苦荞1号和湖南5-2的每株花序数显著高于其他品种,赤苦荞1号和西荞1号的叶片数显著高于其他品种,赤苦荞1号主茎的分枝数显著多于其他品种;从产量性状来看,赤苦荞1号产量显著高于其他品种;综合整个生育期性状表现,信农1号和赤苦荞1号的形态指标较其他品种好。主成分分析结果表明,株高与主茎粗相关性显著,与千粒质量相关性极显著;前4个主成分的累计贡献率达92.6%;在选择荞麦品种时,应着重第一、二主成分的综合选择。根据主成分分析的综合得分,信农1号和赤苦荞1号在兴安盟地区的综合性状表现良好,满足荞麦育种和生产提出的新要求。
In order to explore the adaptability of introduced buckwheat varieties in Hing′an League area,the agronomic and yield characters of 25 introduced buckwheat varieties were analyzed in Yilelite Town,Wulanhot City from 2019 to 2021,and the biological characters were evaluated by principal component analysis.In terms of agronomic characters,the plant height of Xinnong No.1 and Meng 0530 was significantly higher than that of other varieties,the leaf length and leaf width of Xinnong No.1 and Meng 0208 were significantly higher than those of other varieties,and the number of inflorescences per plant of Chikuqiao No.1 and Hunan 5-2 was significantly higher than that of other varieties.The leaf number of Chikuqiao No.1 and Xiqiao No.1 was significantly higher than that of other varieties,and the branch number of main stem of Chikuqiao No.1 was significantly higher than that of other varieties.In terms of yield characters,the yield of Chikuqiao No.1 was significantly higher than that of other varieties.According to the performance of characters in the whole growth period,the morphological indexes of Xinnong No.1 and Chikuqiao No.1 were better than those of other varieties.The results of principal component analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between plant height and main stem diameter,and extremely significant correlation with 1000-grain quality;the cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components reached 92.6%.When selecting buckwheat varieties,we should focus on the comprehensive selection of the first and second principal components.According to the comprehensive score of principal component analysis,Xinnong No.1 and Chikuqiao No.1 performed well in Xing′an area,which met the new requirements of buckwheat breeding and production.
