摘要
旨在研究针对养犬人士的宠物犬训导App。通过社会背景调研后进行用户访谈,根据调研结果构建用户画像、绘制用户旅程图、服务蓝图,剖析用户需求,基于痛点和需求进行相应功能转化。设计出宠物犬行为训导App,为养犬人士实现优质的宠物训导体验。通过系统的用户调研,研究养宠人士的宠物犬训导痛点及训导需求,为相关产品提供切实可行的设计参考,更好实现人宠和谐生活。
To study the pet dog training App for dog owners.User interviews were conducted after social background research,user portraits were constructed,user journey maps were drawn and service blueprints were drawn according to the research results,user needs were analyzed,and corresponding functions were transformed based on the analysis results.The pet dog behavior training App was designed to realize the high-quality pet training experience for dog owners.Through systematic user research,the pain points and training needs of pet owners'pet dogs are studied,which can provide practical design reference for related products and better realize the harmonious life of people and pets.
