摘要
为提升旅游体验,运用服务设计方法改进景区观光乘车系统。以通用景区观光乘车服务为研究对象,通过构建产品服务系统蓝图和服务指标评价模型,展开服务分析,确定设计要点,进行核心服务产品优化。为提升白银火焰山国家矿山公园用户体验与优化服务质量,完成景区观光乘车系统核心服务产品设计。通过构建的景区观光乘车产品服务系统设计方法,可得到更符合用户满意度的服务产品设计方案,将有效提升服务质量,为景区服务系统建设与优化提供新思路。
In order to enhance the tourism experience,the service design method was used to improve the scenic sightseeing transit system.Taking the general scenic sightseeing transit service as the research object,the blueprint of the product service system and the service index evaluation model were constructed. The service analysis was carried out. The design points were determined. And the core service products were optimized.Taking Baiyin Huoyanshan National Mine Park as an example,the transit service quality was optimized and the core service products were designed.Through the design method of constructing the scenic sightseeing transit product service system,some service product schemes that make users more satisfied can be obtained,which will effectively improve the service quality and provide a new idea for the construction and optimization of the scenic sightseeing service system.
