摘要
高校党建工作在高校党建工作中起着举足轻重的作用。在“十四五”期间,面临着新的机遇和新的挑战,高校学生党员教育管理体制改革是提高高校党建工作质量的根本落脚点,对加强高校学生管理工作起到极其重要的作用。文章就当前高校学生党员教育管理体制存在的问题进行了探讨,从理论上探讨了如何加强和改进高校党建工作。本次研究采用问卷调查的方式,发现目前高校大学生党员发展教育管理机制存在的问题是:党员管理制度还不健全、考评奖惩措施不够有力和配套投入保障较为不足,本次研究探索了全面从严视域下高校大学生党员发展教育管理机制路径选择,即更新大学生党员发展教育管理理念、加强高校大学生健全管理机制、完善服务体系和加强组织领导。
Party building in colleges and universities plays an important role in Party building in colleges and universities.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the Party building work in colleges and universities is faced with new opportunities and new challenges.The reform of the education and management system of college student Party members is the fundamental foothold to improve the quality of college Party building work,and plays an extremely important role in strengthening the management of college students.This paper discusses the problems existing in the current education and management system of Party members in colleges and universities,and discusses theoretically how to strengthen and improve the Party building in colleges and universities.This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey,and finds that the current problems in the development education and management mechanism of college student Party members are as follows:The party member management system is not perfect,the evaluation,reward and punishment measures are not strong enough,and the supporting investment guarantee is relatively insufficient.This research explores the path selection of the party member development education under the comprehensive and strict view.The main path is to update the concept of party member development education management,strengthen the management mechanism,improve the service system and strengthen the organization and leadership.
