摘要
立德树人作为教育的根本任务,是促进素质教育高效发展的必要手段;而新时代民办高校学生党建工作与“立德树人”深度融合是为国家发展和社会进步培养优秀人才的重要途径。所以民办高校开展党建工作要以“立德树人”为引领,遵循以德为先、以人为本、以建为重和立足实际原则,从以立德树人为依托,强化学生党建教育工作、科学发展学生党员,健全党员管理制度、紧跟时代潮流,加强学生党员再教育、构建互通互联机制,破解制度难题四个方面多维度、立体化研究学生党建工作与“立德树人”深度融合创新路径,以学生党建工作促进育人工作,开辟党建育人新局面。
As the essential task of education is a necessary means to promote the efficient development of quality education.The deep integration of the work of private college student Party construction in the new era and “cultivating people by virtue” is an important way to train outstanding talents for national development and social progress.So private colleges and universities should take “cultivating people by virtue” as the lead,follow the principles of “morality first,people first,building first and basing ourselves on reality”.It is necessary to study the innovative path of deep integration of student Party construction and “cultivating people by virtue” in a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional way from the following four aspects:strengthening the Party construction education of students based on the principle of “cultivating people by virtue”;developing student Party members scientifically and perfecting Party member management system;following the trend of the times to strengthen the re-education of student Party members;constructing the interconnection mechanism to solve the institutional problems,which aims to promote the education work by student Party construction work and open up a new situation of Party building and education.
