摘要
探索新时代高校研究生党员管理制度,完善研究生党员考核制度,提高高校党建工作质量,提供重要依据和作出主要贡献。以成都中医药大学临床医学院2018级硕士研究生支部研究生党员为例,调查目前研究生党员管理存在的问题并研究构建具有针对性的研究生党员管理评价体系。目前高校研究生党员发挥作用主动性不够,对研究生党员考评机制不完善等问题形成研究生党员对自身了解不清晰、缺乏明确目标和奋斗方向的现状。构建高校研究生党员分类量化管理评价体系,从理论上分析考核指标的综合性,客观且直观地反映研究生党员多方面的表现。高校研究生党员分类量化管理评价体系能够针对性反映研究生党员的不足方面,有利于加快高校培养高素质新型人才的进程,但该研究体系还没有得到充分应用,故还具有实践和进一步完善的价值。
To explore the management system of postgraduate Party members in new universities,and to provide important basis and main contribution for strengthening the system assessment of postgraduate Party members and improving the quality of Party building.Taking the graduate student Party members of the graduate medical graduate branch of the clinical Medical College of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine in 2018 as an example,the problems existing in the management of graduate Party members were investigated and a targeted management evaluation system for graduate Party members was established.At present,Party members of graduate students in colleges and universities are not active enough to play their roles,and the evaluation mechanism for Party members of graduate students is not perfect,which leads to the Party members of graduate students do not have a clear understanding of themselves,lack of clear goals and direction of struggle.The establishment of university graduate student Party member classification quantitative management evaluation system,from the theoretical analysis,the comprehensive and objective assessment indicators reflect the performance of postgraduate Party members in many aspects.The classified quantitative management and evaluation system of Party members of graduate students in colleges and universities can reflect the deficiency of Party members of graduate students in a targeted way,which is conducive to speeding up the process of cultivating high-quality new talents in colleges and universities.However,the research system has not been fully applied,so it has the value of practice and further improvement.
