摘要 目前,隔离开关控制系统存在智能化程度低、故障率高、现场处置时间长等问题。本文提出了一种实时状态诊断和多重防误操作控制系统。该控制系统对控制回路的各环节进行分析、整合,实现了隔离开关的实时监视与逻辑判别;通过电源的即用即通技术,实现了隔离开关的防误操作功能。应用结果表明,该控制系统能够满足隔离开关分合闸技术要求,为现场设备安全稳定运行提供了保障。 At present, the disconnector control system has the problems of low intelligence, high failure rate and long on-site disposal time. This paper puts forward a real-time diagnosis and multiple misoperation prevention control system. The control system analyzes and integrates each link of the control loop, and realizes the real-time monitoring and logical discrimination of the disconnector;The misoperation prevention function of the disconnector is realized through the ready to use and connect instantly technology of the power supply. The application results show that the control system can meet the technical requirements of disconnector opening and closing, and provide a guarantee for the safe and stable operation of field equipment.
