摘要
简易升降机作为特种起重设备,按照国标需对钢丝绳进行定期的年检和更换,现有的检测方法为取下钢丝绳进行人眼观察,无法及时发现缺陷且检测过程影响升降机的正常工作。针对这一问题,文中设计了一款新型的简易升降机用钢丝绳缺陷在线监测系统。该系统对钢丝绳的监测是实时进行的,可以在简易升降机工作时对其监测,数据的采集和处理采用本地模块处理,无需将模拟量信号进行长距离传输,避免了噪音信号的混入。钢丝绳探头采用了弱磁永磁体激励的设计,无需额外电源提供能量,具有体积小,磁能密度高等特点;采用了霍尔磁敏元件,信号的输出不受钢丝绳与探头相对运动速度的影响。信号采集的步骤关键包括采用AD623仪表程控放大器对微弱信号进行放大,信号的本地处理采用了基于ARM开发的信号处理模块对放大后的信号进行AD转换和逻辑判别,最后将开关量信号送至CPU1215进行汇总处理从而控制简易升降机的运行。试验证明,文中设计的监测系统具有稳定性及可靠性。
Simple elevator is a special lifting equipment,whose wire ropes need annual inspection and regular replacement according to requirements of national standards.The existing detection method is to remove wire ropes for visual inspection,which not only fails to find defects in time but also affects the normal operation of elevator.Considering the above situation,this paper puts forward a new online monitoring system of wire rope defects for simple elevators.The system can monitor the wire rope in real time,and adopt local modules to collect and process data,without long-distance transmission of analog signals,thus avoiding the mixing of noise signals.The wire rope probe adopts the design of excitation by weak magnetic permanent magnet,which does not need to be equipped with additional power supply,and has the characteristics of small volume and high magnetic energy density.Hall magnetic sensor is adopted,so the signal output is not affected by the relative movement speed between the wire rope and probe.Signal acquisition mainly includes amplifying weak signals with AD623 instrument program-controlled amplifier,AD conversion and logic discrimination of amplified signals with signal processing module developed based on ARM,and finally sending switching signals to CPU1215 for summary processing to control the operation of simple elevator.Experiments show that the monitoring system is stable and reliable.
