摘要
针对三工位隔离开关结构复杂、占用空间大,位置定位不准确、要达到定位精度需要后期调节的问题,文中提出了一种圆柱分度凸轮结构的定位方案。圆柱分度凸轮机构具有结构简单、定位精度高、分度数多等优点,恰能满足三工位隔离开关操作机构的设计需求。文中首先对现有三工位隔离开关机构定位原理进行分析对比,指出其存在的问题。其次对圆柱分度凸轮结构定位原理进行了理论分析并进行样机设计,然后给出样机试验结果。试验结果证明,该方案结构简单,占用空间小,装配后无需调节即可达到所需的定位精度。能够实现三工位隔离开关电动操作的准确定位,满足了气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的小型化及高可靠性的要求。并已在工程中得到广泛的应用。
To solve the problems of three⁃position disconnector,such as complicated structure,large space occupa⁃tion,inaccurate positioning,and need for later adjustment to achieve positioning accuracy,this paper proposes a posi⁃tioning scheme for a cylindrical indexing cam structure.The cylindrical indexing cam mechanism has the advantages of simple structure,high positioning accuracy,and multiple indexing numbers,and can meet the design requirements of the operating mechanism of three⁃position disconnector.Firstly,the positioning principles of the existing operat⁃ing mechanisms of three⁃position disconnector are analyzed and compared,and corresponding problems are pointed out.Secondly,the theoretical analysis on the positioning principle of the cylindrical indexing cam structure and proto⁃type design are carried out.The test results on the prototype show that the scheme is simple in structure,small in space occupation,and the required positioning accuracy can be achieved without adjustment after assembly.And this positioning scheme can realize accurate positioning of the three⁃position disconnector’s electric operation,and meet the requirements for miniaturization and high reliability of gas⁃insulated metal⁃enclosed switchgear.This scheme has been widely used in engineering.
