摘要
乡村振兴为农旅融合提供依托和保障,农旅融合与乡村振兴互动关系显著,推动乡村振兴对于促进黄河上游流域发展具有重要意义.基于2011—2019年黄河上游流域5省(自治区)面板数据,在分析农旅融合时空演变的基础上,运用PVAR模型分析变量间关系.研究发现:1)2011—2019年黄河上游流域农业和旅游业协调水平偏低,整体呈上升趋势,但极化现象逐渐显现.2)农旅融合与乡村振兴的发展水平在空间上基本保持一致的增长态势,空间分布格局由“北高南低”发展为“南高北低”.3)农旅融合与乡村振兴均存在依赖自身惯性发展的现象;农旅融合对乡村振兴存在滞后效应,还没有形成积极的推动作用,乡村振兴对农旅融合具有正向影响;乡村振兴对农旅融合的影响在后期大于其对自身的影响,农旅融合对自身的影响始终大于其对乡村振兴的影响.最后从产业和政策两方面对黄河上游流域农旅融合与乡村振兴良性互动关系的建立提出建议.
Rural revitalization provides support and guarantee for the integration of agriculture and tourism,and there is a significant dynamic relationship between the integration of agriculture and tourism and rural revitalization,which is of great significance to the development of the upper Yellow River basin.Based on panel data of five provinces in the upper Yellow River basin from 2011 to 2019 and the analysis of spatio-temporal evolution of agriculture and tourism integration level,PVAR model was used to analyze the relationship between variables through impulse response.The results show that:1)The integration level of agriculture and tourism in the upper Yellow River basin is low from 2011 to 2019,and the overall trend is on the rise,but the polarization phenomenon gradually emerges.2)The development level of the integration of agriculture and tourism and rural revitalization in the upper Yellow River basin are maintain a relatively consistent growth trend.The spatial distribution pattern changed from high in the north and low in the south to high in the south and low in the north.3)The integration of agriculture and tourism and rural revitalization of the phenomenon of relying on their own inertia development;the integration of agriculture and tourism has a negative influence on rural revitalization,rural revitalization has positive effects on integration of agriculture and tourism;the influence of rural revitalization on the integration of the integration of agriculture and tourism is greater than its influence on itself in the later period,and the influence of the integration of agriculture and tourism on itself is always greater than its influence on rural revitalization.Finally,some suggestions on the establishment of positive interaction between the integration of agriculture and tourism and rural revitalization in the upper Reaches of the Yellow River basin are put forward from the aspects of industry and policy.
