摘要
培育高质量经济学拔尖人才,对社会经济的可持续发展具有积极意义。当前我国经济学拔尖人才培养亟待在育人理念、育人模式与育人手段上实现创新。基于东北大学秦皇岛分校经济学拔尖人才培养的理论与实践探索,构建以培养经济学拔尖人才为主轴,创新实验班与创新创业竞赛为载体,课程优化、制度激励、个性培养为驱动,四个维度全方位协同的“一轴·双载·三驱·四协同”的经济学拔尖人才培养模式,总结可借鉴可推广的经验,并对未来发展进行展望。
Cultivating high-quality top talents in economics is positive for the socio-economic sustainable development.It is urgent to innovate in the concept,mode and means of education in the cultivation of economic top talents.Based on the theoretical and practical exploration on the cultivation of economics top-notch talents at Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao,this paper constructs a top training model of economics,which includes“One Axis,Double Load,Three Wheel Drive and Four Synergy”,taking the cultivation of top-notch talents as the main axis,the innovation experimental class and the innovation and entrepreneurship competition as the carrier,curriculum optimization,institutional incentives and personality cultivation as the driver,and getting these dimensions of all-round coordinated.This paper also summarizes the experience and analyzes the future development.
