摘要
随着时代的不断发展,劳动力市场对复合型人才的需求大量增加,复合型人才培养也成为众多高校人才培养改革的重要方向之一。文章以东北大学秦皇岛分校数学与统计学院为例,介绍我院数学相关专业近几年来以“课程互选、学分互认”为切入点,积极研究并实施多种配套措施,不断优化培养方案,逐步建立起基于学科专业交叉的复合型人才培养模式的成功经验,对培养复合型人才具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the continuous development of the times,the demand for compound talents in the labor market has increased greatly,and the cultivation of compound talents has become one of the important directions of talent training reform in many colleges and universities.In this paper,we take the school of mathematics and statistics of NEUQ as an example,and introduce the successful experience of mathematics related majors in our college in recent years,which takes"mutual selection of courses and mutual recognition of credits"as the starting point,actively studies and implements a variety of supporting measures,constantly optimizes the training scheme,and gradually establishes a compound talent training mode based on the intersection of disciplines and majors,It has certain reference significance for cultivating compound talents.
