摘要
补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白(complement-C1q TNF-related protein 1, CTRP1)是一个和脂联素结构具有序列同源性的CTRPs脂肪因子超家族成员。在内分泌调节、代谢性疾病、血管重塑和炎症反应等病理生理中均发挥着重要作用。本文将对CTRP1的分子生物学特征及其相关疾病进行概述。
Complement-C1q TNF-related protein 1(CTRP1) is a member of the CTRPs adipokine superfamily with sequence homology to the lipocalin structure. It plays an important role in pathophysiology including endocrine regulation, metabolic diseases, vascular remodeling and inflammatory responses. In this paper, an overview of the molecular biology of CTRP1 and its associated diseases will be presented.
