摘要
目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)男性患者血清脂联素水平与免疫功能的关系。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月东南大学医学院附属南京同仁医院收治的OSAHS患者60例为观察组,另同期选取健康者60例为对照组,2组均予以抽取外周静脉血,检测血清脂联素及细胞免疫水平,另分析观察组中不同病情程度的血清脂联素及细胞免疫水平,探讨血清脂联素与免疫功能的关系。结果:观察组的血清脂联素水平及NK细胞占比均低于对照组(P <0. 05),2组的CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+占比及CD4^+/CD8^+差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),;观察组中轻度、中度、重度患者的血清脂联素水平、NK细胞占比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),轻度组>中度组>重度组(P <0. 05),3组的CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+占比、CD4^+/CD8^+差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);经Pearson相关性分析,OSAHS男性患者的血清脂联素水平与CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+占比、CD4^+/CD8^+无明显的相关性(P> 0. 05),与NK细胞占比呈正相关(r=0. 452,P <0. 05)。结论:男性OSAHS患者的血清脂联素水平与NK细胞呈正相关,其血清脂联素水平越低,免疫功能越低。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum adiponectin level and immune function in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:From June2017to June2018,60patients with OSAHS were selected from Nanjing Tongren Hospital affiliated to Southeast University Medical College as observation group and60healthy persons as control group.Peripheral venous blood was taken from both groups.The levels of serum adiponectin and cellular immunity were measured and the relationship between serum adiponectin and immune function was studied.Results:The levels of serum lipids and NK cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the group was not significant(P>0.05),and the level of serum lipid-related levels in the patients with mild,moderate and severe was observed in the observation group.There was a significant difference in NK cell ratio(P<0.05),mild group>moderate group>severe group(P<0.05),CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD8^+,and CD4^+/CD8^+in group3were not significant(P>0.05),and the serum lipid-related levels of OSAHS male patients were higher than those of CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+,CD3^+and CD8^+.There was no significant correlation between CD4/CD8(P>0.05)and positive correlation with NK cells(r=0.452,P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum adiponectin level in male OSAHS patients was positively correlated with NK cells,and the lower the serum adiponectin level was,the lower the immune function was.
