摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对股骨颈骨折术后患者Barthel指数及Harris评分的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月在我院接受手术治疗的80例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机编号将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用早期康复护理。比较两组的并发症发生情况、Barthel指数、Harris髋关节评分及生活质量。结果研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1、2、4周后,两组的Barthel指数及Harris髋关节评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能及物质生活评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理应用于股骨颈骨折术后患者中能有效减少并发症,促进髋关节功能及活动能力的恢复,提高Barthel指数及Harris髋关节评分,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation care on Barthel index and Harris hip score in patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods A total of 80 patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,and the study group received early rehabilitation care.The occurrence of complications,Barthel index,Harris hip score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 4 weeks of care,the Barthel index and Harris hip score in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care applied in patients with femoral neck fracture after operation can effectively reduce complications,promote the recovery of hip function and mobility,improve Barthel index and Harris hip score,and ameliorate the quality of life.
