摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对老年全髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响。方法随机选取2014年6月至2018年1月在安徽省合肥市第一人民医院行全髋关节置换术的患者85例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(43例)与对照组(42例)。对照组患者术后采取常规护理措施进行康复治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用早期康复护理措施进行康复治疗。比较两组治疗前后的髋关节功能Harris评分、改良Barthel指数,以及两组患者的治疗依从性、假体周围骨密度。结果观察组术后6个月髋关节功能Harris评分及术后2周、3个月、6个月改良Barthel指数明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后的治疗依从性明显优于对照组,假体周围骨密度明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论老年全髋关节置换术后采用早期康复护理的方法可促进患者康复,提高患者日常生活能力,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty on weight training,functional score,and physical rehabilitation.Method This study selected 85 patients with total hip arthroplasty who were treated in our hospital between June 2014 to January 2018.85 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.42 patients in the contrast group took routine nursing measures,according to the individual situation of the patients and the needs after total hip replacement,43 patients in the observation group were given early rehabilitation nursing.Harris hip score,modified Barthel index score,treatment adherence,and bone mineral density around the prosthesis were collected.Result The postoperative scores of daily living ability of the patients were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the pain,function,deformity and activity dimensions were better than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the modified Barth Index score,treatment compliance,and bone mineral density around the prosthesis were significantly better than the control group at 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve mobility and reduce osteoporosis in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty,which lays a foundation for improving postoperative quality of life.
