摘要
[目的]改变传统教学模式,培养技能型优质人才。[方法]通过校企双方共同探讨制订人才培养方案、设计规范化的企业课程标准、考核方案等,教师和师傅联合传授,共同参与职业教育人才培养。[结果]通过现代学徒制教学模式改革,研制并完善了高职畜牧兽医专业师生徒三位一体教学模式,促进了校企融合协同育人机制的创新。[结论]实施现代学徒制教学模式,将职业教育由简单的校企合作办学推向了校企联合,增强了学生的实践操作能力,提升了学生的综合素质,为畜牧行业培养了更多优质的技能型人才。
[Objectives]In order to change the traditional teaching mode,we should develop the modern talent training mode based on skills.[Methods]Through the joint discussions between schools and enterprises on the formulation of talent training plans,the design of standardized enterprise curriculum standards,assessment plans,etc.,teachers and teachers will jointly teach and participate in the training of vocational education talents.[Results]Through the reform of modern apprenticeship teaching mode,we have developed and improved the trinity teaching mode of teachers,students and apprentices in animal husbandry and veterinary specialty in higher vocational education,and promoted the mechanism innovation of school-enterprise integration and cooperative education.[Conclusions]We will move the vocational education from a simple school-enterprise partnership to a joint school-enterprise partnership to enhance students’practical skills and overall quality,and train more quality newcomers for the animal husbandry industry.
