现代学徒制背景下的高职学生职业素养提升方法探究 被引量:4

摘要 当前,很多高职院校培养的学生并不能满足企业对人才职业素养的高要求。为解决此问题,教育部提出了现代学徒制的人才培养模式。该模式遵循学生职业素养的形成规律,将职业素质教育全面融入到人才培养的过程中。为此,梳理了高职学生职业素养的内涵,研究了当前高职学生职业素养的培养现状及原因,提出了基于现代学徒制的“三位一体”高职学生职业素养提升方法,对当前高职学生职业素养的提升提供一定的参考与借鉴。 At present,many students trained by higher vocational colleges cannot meet the high professional quality requirements of enterprises.In order to solve this problem;the Ministry of Education put forward the modern apprenticeship talent training model.This mode follows the law of the formation of students'professional quality and integrates vocational quality education into the process of talent cultivation.Therefore,This article combed the connotation of higher vocational students'professional quality,studied the current status of the cultivation of higher vocational students'professional quality and analyzed the related reasons.The article puts forward the"trinity mode"to promote higher vocational students'professional quality,so as to provide certain reference for the ascension of higher vocational students'professional quality.
