摘要
目的分析气压治疗仪联合肢体功能护理预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取于本院进行剖宫产分娩的产妇78例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用气压治疗仪联合肢体运动护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组下肢肿胀率、下肢疼痛率、下肢静脉血栓形成率分别为2.56%、0%、5.13%,均低于对照组的15.38%、12.82%、20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组下肢静脉血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组下肢静脉血流速度为(21.58±2.18)cm/s,高于对照组的(19.22±2.04)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组PT、APTT水平分别为(12.52±1.06)、(34.62±2.58)s,均高于对照组的(11.20±1.57)、(31.48±2.07)s,差异有统计学意义.(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产分娩产妇术后采用气压治疗仪与肢体功能护理能有效预防下肢静脉血栓形成,加快下肢静脉血流速度,调节凝血功能相关指标,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of air pressure therapeutic apparatus combined with limb function nursing in preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section.Methods 78 cases of parturients who were delivered by cesarean section in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number tabic method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with air pressure therapeutic apparatus combined with limb function nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The lower extremity swelling rate,lower extremity pain rate and lower extremity venous thrombosis rate in the observation group were 2.56%,0%and 5.13%,respectively,which were lower than 15.38%,12.82%and 20.51%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in venous blood flow velocity of lower limbs between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the lower limb venous blood flow velocity in the observation group was(21.58±2.18)cm/s,which was higher than(19.22±2.04)cm/s in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the PT and APTT levels in the observation group were(12.52±1.06)and(34.62±2.58)s,respectively,which were higher than(11.20±1.57)and(31.48±2.07)s in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of air pressure therapeutic apparatus combined with limb function nursing after cesarean section can effectively prevent the formation of lower limb vein thrombosis,accelerate the speed of lower limb vein blood flow,adjust the related indicators of blood coagulation function,worthy of clinical promotion.
