摘要
目的观察早期护理干预对老年消化道肿瘤患者下肢静脉血栓形成的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年1月葫芦岛市中心医院消化科收治的168例消化道肿瘤病例的临床资料。其中年龄≥65岁的老年患者129例。根据入院先后顺序将其分为对照组(2015年1月至2016年12月,62例,采取常规护理)和观察组(2017年1月至2018年1月,67例,采取早期护理干预)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率、住院时间、护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预应用于老年消化道肿瘤患者中,能够有效减少患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生,促进患者尽快康复,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of early nursing intervention on lower extremity venous thrombosis in elderly patients with digestive tract cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 168 cases of gastrointestinal tumors admitted to the Huludao Central Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018.Among them,there were 129 elderly patients aged≥65 years.According to the order of admission,they were divided into a control group(from January 2015 to December 2016,62 cases,with routine care)and an observation group(from January 2017 to January 2018,67 cases,with early care intervention).Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention applied to elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors can effectively reduce the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities,promote the patient's recovery as soon as possible,and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
