摘要
目的探讨气压波治疗仪联合综合护理对剖宫产产妇下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生情况及D-二聚体水平的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2021年8月入住我院行剖宫产手术的120例产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用气压波治疗仪联合综合护理干预。比较两组下肢DVT发生情况、干预前后D-二聚体水平及产妇满意度。结果观察组下肢DVT发生率3.33%低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后3 d,观察组D-二聚体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇总满意度96.67%高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇实施气压波治疗仪及综合护理干预,能够有效降低其D-二聚体水平,减少下肢DVT发生,且有利于提升产妇的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of barowave therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and D-dimer levels in lower limbs.Methods 120 women admitted to our hospital for cesarean section from October 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group applied barometric wave therapy instrument combined with comprehensive nursing intervention based on the conditions of the control group.The incidence of DVT of lower limbs,D-dimer level before and after intervention and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower limb DVT in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 15.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3 days after the intervention,the level of D-dimer in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of postpartum women in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 86.67%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pneumatic wave therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention for parturients in cesarean section can effectively reduce the level of D-dimer,reduce the incidence of lower limb DVT,and improve the satisfaction of parturients.
