摘要
肉牛饲料原料经过加工处理后可改善其饲喂价值,从而提高肉牛生产性能。此外,适当的加工处理可弥补非常规饲料原料的缺陷,如饲喂价值低、存在抗营养因子和毒素以及不易保存等,进而推动非常规饲料资源的开发利用以降低肉牛养殖成本。因此,本文综述了近些年国内外关于饲料原料不同加工方式及其对肉牛生产性能影响的研究进展,以期为促进今后肉牛生产中饲料原料的合理化加工处理以及非常规饲料资源的开发利用提供参考。
Processing can improve the feeding value of feed raw materials,thus improving the growth of beef cattle.In addition,appropriate processing can make up for the defects of unconventional feed raw materials,such as low feeding value,anti nutritional factors and toxins and difficulty of preservation.This is beneficial to promote the development and utilization of unconventional feed resources to reduce the cost of beef cattle farming.Therefore,in order to provide reference for promoting the rational processing of feed raw materials,and the development and utilization of unconventional feed resources in beef cattle production in the future,this paper summarizes the research progress in the processing of beef cattle feed raw materials and its impact on beef cattle production in recent years.
