摘要
随着畜禽养殖产业的快速发展,畜禽养殖饲料的需求量也不断增加,进而导致饲料原料出现短缺的情况,非常规饲料原料在畜禽养殖生产中的应用受到产业的广泛关注。而部分非常规饲料原料存在各种各样的缺点限制了它们的使用,例如抗营养因子含量较高、适口性较差等,导致在畜禽养殖中难以获得大规模的应用。饲料发酵工艺的出现良好地改善了这种情况,通过发酵工艺处理后,饲料抗营养因子的含量显著下降,同时适口性提高。该文介绍了发酵饲料的特点及发酵饲料在肉鸡养殖中的应用,旨在为非常规饲料的合理使用提供参考。
With the rapid development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry,the demand for livestock and poultry breeding feeds has also increased,which has led to a shortage of feed materials.The application of unconventional feed materials in the production of livestock and poultry breeding has attracted extensive attention from the industry.However,some unconventional feed ingredients have various shortcomings that limit their use,such as high content of anti-nutritional factors and poor palatability,which makes it difficult to obtain large-scale applications in livestock and poultry breeding.The emergence of feed fermentation technology has improved this situation.After the fermentation process is processed,the content of feed antinutritional factors is significantly reduced,and the palatability is improved.The following will introduce the characteristics of fermented feed and the application research of fermented feed in broiler breeding,aiming to provide help for the rational use of unconventional feed and the scientific promotion of feed fermentation technology.
