摘要
棉籽壳作为一种高蛋白日粮的代替粗饲料,在牲畜饲料中有广泛应用潜力,但棉籽壳中含有抗营养因子——棉酚,影响其饲用价值。利用微生物发酵技术不仅可以提高棉籽壳的利用率,还可以提高饲料的营养价值。文章主要介绍了棉籽壳在新疆的饲料化应用情况、棉酚的危害、微生物发酵在棉籽壳饲料化过程中的优势、棉酚降解菌及菌群对棉籽壳脱毒效果的研究、棉籽壳脱毒微生物发酵工艺优化及饲喂效果以及微生物发酵技术在新疆棉籽壳饲料化中的研究方向和发展趋势,以期为棉籽壳在新疆的饲料化应用提供参考。
Cotton seed husk,as a high protein diet instead of coarse feed,has a wide potential application potential in livestock feed.However,free gossypol,an anti-nutrient factor contained in cotton seed husk affected its feeding value.Microbial fermentation technology can not only improve the utilization rate of cotton seed husks,but also increase the nutritional value of feed.This paper mainly introduced the application of cotton seed husks in Xinjiang,the harm of gossypol,the advantages of microbial fermentation in the conversion of cotton seed husk,the study of detoxification effects of gossypol-degrading bacteria on cotton seed husks,the optimization and feeding effect of microbial fermentation technology for detoxification of cottonseed husks,and the research direction and development trend of microbial fermentation technology in the application of cotton seed husk in Xinjiang,in order to provide reference for the application of cotton seed husk in Xinjiang.
