摘要
目的 研究优质护理干预对抑郁症伴自杀倾向患者心理健康与生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院接收的88例抑郁伴自杀倾向患者,将开展常规护理的44例设定为A组,将开展优质护理的44例设定为B组,对比两组患者的临床护理结果。结果 护理后,B组的抑郁评分、心理健康评分以及自杀意念评分相较于A组均明显更低,t=11.543,t=7.178,t=3.961,P<0.05,组间结果对比差异明显;且B组的自评评分、生理功能评分、心理功能评分、社会领域评分以及环境领域分相较于A组均明显更高,t=19.883,t=26.947,t=25.996,t=33.282,P<0.05,组间结果比较差异明显。结论 优质护理干预应用于抑郁症伴自杀倾向患者的临床护理中可有效改善患者的抑郁情绪,帮助患者恢复心理健康,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing intervention on mental health and quality of life(QOL) in patients with depression and suicidal tendency. Methods A total of 88 patients with depression and suicidal tendency received in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019were selected. 44 patients with routine nursing were set as group A and 44 patients with high quality nursing as group B. the clinical nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of depression, mental health and suicidal ideation in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(t=11.543, t=7.178, t=3.961, P<0.05). Moreover, the scores of self-assessment, physiological function, psychological function,social domain and environmental domain in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(t=19.883, t=26.947, t=25.996, t=33.282,P<0.05). There were significant differences between groups. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with depression and suicidal tendency can effectively improve the depression mood of patients, help patients to restore mental health and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth popularizing.
