摘要
目的探讨创建精神科"优质护理服务示范病房"的做法与效果。方法研究组为356例住院精神病患者,在一般精神科常规治疗与护理的基础上实施优质护理服务,对照组为同期住院的348例精神病患者,给予一般精神科常规治疗与护理。对两组患者对护理工作满意度、安全风险事件评估、健康教育知识知晓率及出院后复发率进行比较。结果研究组患者对护理工作满意度、健康教育知识知晓率显著优于对照组,安全风险事件、出院后复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论精神科优质护理服务可以提高整体护理水平及患者对护理工作满意度,减少安全风险事件的发生;提高患者健康教育知识知晓率,降低复发率,是一项行之有效的护理工作模式。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of establishing high-quality nursing demonstration ward in psychiatric department. Methods Study group consisted of 356 psychiatric inpatients in high-quality nursing demonstration psychiatric ward which were given routine psychiatric therapy and nursing plus high quality nursing service. Control group consisted of 348 paychiatric inpatients in general psychiatric ward which were only given the routine psychiatric therapy and nursing. Patient satisfaction to nursing service, risk assessment, awareness rate of health education knowledge and post-discharge recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The patient satisfaction and awareness rate of health knowledge in study group were significantly higher than those in control group. The risk assessment and post-discharge recurrence rate in study group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychiatric high-quality nursing is an effective nursing model, which can improve the overall nursing quality, increase patient satisfaction and the awareness of health knowledge, reduce the possible risk events and recurrence rate.
